Returns & exchanges

Unopened starter kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact hello@blazeprints.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost.

Subscription shipments follow the same damage policy. For subscription billing or skips, manage your plan in account settings or reach out before the next charge date.
